DEPENDS: If you really have trouble keeping yoour mind on things, dont finish work, get distracted, etc. You want to know what the trouble actually is. If its something like adhd find out because that really can be helped. If the focus problem has to do with lack of sleep there are ways to go after that. Get a therapist to help you pinpoint the reall issue and then fix it.
