Fresh Fruits and veg: 5-7 fresh fruits and vegetables daily helps insure you are healthy as does moderation, variety and balance. You should have lean meats, chicken fish, legumes, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Try to get fats from unsaturated fats and no more than 30% of the total calories from your diet. And no more than 10% of the fat from saturated fat as meat and dairy products.
