Ulcer: The symptoms of a stomach/duodenal ulcer would be pain (most common), nausea, vomiting, sometimes heartburn, loss or lack of appetite, early satiety, although, you may not have any of those and still the ulcer. Sometimes, ulcers manifest themselves by bleeding as the only sign. Bloody vomiting and/or black tarry stools would indicate bleeding.
