No: The difference is that 2 of the 5/325 mg tabs would give you 650 mg of Acetaminophen (same as tylenol), whereas the 10/325 mg would only be 325 mg. The latest warnings indicate that you want to take the lowest dose of Acetaminophen possible, so my suggestion would be to take one of the 10/325 mg tabs instead of 2 of the 5/325 mg tabs.
