CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR: If you are getting recurrent or persistant headache not responding to over the counter pain killers, you should consult your doctor and get evaluated with detailed history and physical exam and imaging like cat scan/mri if your doctor feels it is indicated and make the diagnosis and proper treatment examples are migraine cluster headaches tension headaches sinusitis other causes.
