No: True obstructive sleep apnea (osa) can only be treated by addressing a restricted or collapsed airway. Oxygen therapy alone cannot fix this particular problem.

Not really: Depending on the amount of obstruction it's possible it may reduce the severity of the problem to a small degree but I do not believe it will be enough to be truly clinically significant. I would like to know why all the other treatments are not an option. There are many variations of cpap, surgery, and numerous oral appliances(such as a tongue retention device(trd) that may be of much more help.

Wonder why???: I wonder why all these options are not viable for your sleep apnea. Possibly a different design of a CPAP or a different mouthpiece could help. Need more info.
