Is is bad to wear one a day contacts everyday?

Probably not: If you are wearing disposable, one day contacts that you throw out at the end of each day, that is the proper procedure. If you are re-using them, then what is the point? But wearing them properly is safe for your eyes and vision, and some feel safer than the alternatives.
