how can i treat a really bad back?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Heidi Fowler
25 years experience Psychiatry
Eval: It would be important to have your back medically evaluated to determine the cause your back problems. Based on that, a treatment plan can be developed. In general, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications, heat, stretching, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, muscle relaxors, acupressure - are things which can help a bad back . But - get it checked out first. Take care.
