Pretty broad plea!: Sounds like your ego/self-esteem, have taken a hit... But, whatever the cause, it will help to talk to a therapist. It's hard to get through a life without getting hurt, but there's no rule that says you have to suffer alone! so much depends on your perspective; which is, of course, shaped by your experiences. You have no control over most of those, either...But if you're still here, you've won!

Exercise: Exercise is a great way to relieve stress. Your body releases endorphins during exercise, which can help you feel calm. If you exercise 30 - 60 minutes a day, your stress levels can improve. When stressed, take 5 slow, deep breaths with your eyes closed, then roll your shoulders forward 5 times, then back 5 times. This will slow your heart rate and release tension in your neck and shoulders.
