Only if torsion ...: Only if one or both testicles twist around and it's not treated - this is called testicular torsion, it's extremely painful and needs to be treated as an emergency. Just having the bell clapper deformity without any episodes of torsion does not affect fertility.

Excellent response by Dr. Rehman. Bell Clapper Deformity is a congenital condition- gubemaculum, epididymis & testis don't anchor properly allowing testes to swing w/i scrotum & raise risk for twisting on spermatic cord. This can negatively impact fertility if testicular torsion occurs.
