I took a ovulation test a couple months ago and it told menothing like i wasn't ovulating or something i just started this product fertility blendsp-1?

Ovulation kits : Best to test first morning urine on days 15-20 of your cycle. If you do this x2 cycles and neg for ovulation you need to see gyn for work up. Hope this helps. Best of luck

Do not take: if pregnant. It says on the bottle. I think that tells you all you need to know. These are unproven and not evaluated for safety. If you have periods, you are ovulating. If not at age 31, you need serious evaluation. Average is about 5 months of trying before pregnancy success, but evaluation and guides for best fertility with OB early is a good idea.!
