YES: It may take several years for recovery, but if your ovarian axis is intact, you will naturally respond to your own hormones as you recover. Some women, depending on the severity and duration of their anorexia nervosa may need hormone replacement, even in their teens or twenties or beyond. In this case, youu will still develop breasts in response to supplimental estrogen. It takes time!
