Maintian Your Motion: Keep your knee moving. If your knee is repeatedly swelling this might represent a meniscus tear. These are not uncommon with acl injuries. You should see your doctor a MRI might be indicated to make a diagnosis.

Knee pain: Start with ice, elevation and compression . If this does not help see acl md.
