Well hydrated: Norovirus often causes outbreak of gastroenteritis and dehydration ensues as a result. Small frequent sips of electrolyte solution such as pedialyte is the first thing to do. If oral rehydration fails, IV hydration will be required.

Norovirus: There is no specific treatment or medication for Norovirus. Hydrate well with non-caffeinated fluids. If one is becoming dehydrated consider use of electrolyte fluids. Stay home until symptom-free for at least 48 hours. If you can't keep up with fluid losses may need IV hydration.
