Can methotrexate irritate the bladder lining?

Unlikely: I assume that you are referring to oral or subcutaneous injected Methotrexate in doses used to treat rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis. I have never read of or heard that Methotrexate can irritate the bladder lining.
