Can progesterone pills be taken instead of an estrogen-drospirenone bcp like yasmin (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) to treat estrogen dominance and acne in a skinny girl with pcos?

Estrogen is better: Because pcos (which can cause acne) is a relative imbalance if estrogen & testosterone, the estrogen in ocp's can be more helpful while still protecting against pregnancy. Pcos can have serious long-term health consequences so it should be treated appropriately.
