Lump on Foot: Any painful lump on the foot or anywhere else needs to be looked at. It could be minor like a wart or irritation of on area---or could be a dangerous growth. Please have it looked at by your board certified podiatrist. Dr george tsatsos anklenfootcenters.Com.

It depends...: Is this lump under the skin or in the skin? Where is it located? What size is it? How long has it been there? Tough to give any other recommendations without more details. See a doctor.

Many possibilities: Some causes of painful “lumps” may include: bony overgrowths, soft tissue masses, ganglions, fibromas, and cysts. Have it evaluated by a professional to get the right diagnosis.
