Do you get a lot of pelvic and back pain with cystitis?

Define "a lot": Cystitis causes low abdominal / pelvic pain by nature of its location and the inflammation / irritation that comes with it. It should not cause much back pain, unless it is an infection which is spreading up ureters toward kidneys (pyelonephritis).
