Several choices.: Tooth pain should never be ignored. The pain can be sharp bone under the gum where the wisdom teeth used to be. It can be a cavity in another tooth. It can be nerve pain known as neuralgia. These are just a few possibilities. Go see a dentist immediately before things get unbearable!
