See your dentist: You should see your dentist about this. Some of the most common causes for this could be TMJ pain or another back tooth that is decayed or abcessed. There can be other causes also, so see your dentist for an examination and treatment.

Several choices.: Tooth pain should never be ignored. The pain can be sharp bone under the gum where the wisdom teeth used to be. It can be a cavity in another tooth. It can be nerve pain known as neuralgia. These are just a few possibilities. Go see a dentist immediately before things get unbearable!

A few things: Can be late postop infection, bone or tooth fragment, adjacent tooth. See oral surgeon for assessment.

Start with your Oral Surgeon to rule out the cause being a complications from the surgery. Once post-op case ruled out sir your General Dentist to evaluate for one of the myriad causes of oro-facial pain.
