Issues:TooLittleInfo: Given age, despite smoking hx, muscle (chest wall) pain most common. Rest, nsaid, muscle relaxer (works in brain, not muscles) and gentle but very thorough range of motion exercises to help locate most tender motion likely most helpful. Gently work on most sensitive motions. Cxr commonly low value, even with cough, fever & bronchitis congestion, though commonly done. Yes, ca possible; not usual.
