Not usually: I have never seen rash associated with spider veins. You should be examined and find out the cause of each and have the appropriate treatment. Good luck from nyc.

What is a rash?: I agree with dr. Grossman. A true rash associated with spider veins would be unusual. You can have a bit of a pink hue to skin around the veins if there are a lot of them. It is also possible to have more significant underlying vein trouble that you don't see that might be causing the spider veins and also cause a red, itchy patch of skin around the veins. If so, you should see a vein specialist.

What is a rash?: It is fairly normal to have a bit of a pink/red blush on the skin around a group of spider veins. When this occurs, the coloring is actually due to there being a cluster of very small spider veins that are very close together. If you mean a red, itchy, flakey, and/or scaly rash with spider veins, then you are talking about something unusual and should be checked out.

Rash and veins.: Over the years I have seen rashes associated with both spider and varicose veins. Usually the reason for the rash is drying of the skin over the veins. The rash could be due to increased venous pressure in this area but the frequency of a rash with veins is very low. See a vein specialist for an evaluation.
