Get it treated: Which make you better is the best treatment. To start with good high fiber diet, local care, regular normal bowel movements, free from pain, and no loss of blood ( colonoscopy to rule out cancer) . If all these measures fail, having frequent recurrences, final option left is one of accepted surgical procedure.
