Follow up: If you are 3 weeks pregnant, you may have a positive urine pregnancy test, but it would still be to soon to see on ultrasound. If you are having symptoms and have missed a period, you could ask for a blood test to look at the pregnancy hormone levels. Repeat ultrasound around 6 weeks pregnant.
