Many things: Ok calm down. 3.1 isn't that that low. While yes advanced HIV and aids can produce a leukopenia (low WBC count) many other things can too. Viral infections, antibiotics, diuretics, vitamin deficiency just to name a few can cause this as well. While its probably for a young person such as yourself to get tested for hiv...I wouldn't jump to conclusions!
