Yes: Conception is still possible. You are not sterile, rather subfertile, which means a lower monthly chance of pregnancy. If the medications do not bring your sperm numbers closer to normal, or you don't conceive naturally, artificial insemination or in vitro fertilization would be your next options. Success of insemination would depend on your semen parameters. Good luck.
