Contact allergy?: Good morning, alyssa uncontrollable itch with a rash suggests that your local immune system is either fighting a fungus or rejecting a contact allergen. Description of the rash as well as location will help to make a diagnosis. Local application of cortisone cream can reduce symptoms due to contact allergen. If it is a fungal rash, antifungal creams help. Please see your doctor to for management.
