Musc;le spasms : Some people have muscular spasm or tremors on biting. It can be a sign of malocclusion, electrolyte imbalance, muscular disease. You may need to see a dentist who has an interest in "myofacial pain " or "tmj" to get a diagnosis.

Muscle spasms: Sounds like you may have muscle spasms. I would suggest seeing a dentist specializing in facial pain who can diagnose your problem. One may be found at www.Aaop.Org or www.Aacfp.Org.
