Many causes: Do you change your contacts as frequently as recommended? How recently did you get your eyes examined? Any medical conditions? I would see your primary care provider and/or optometrist/opthamologist, depending on the answers to these questions.

Prescription change: If the vision is blurry without pain or a red eye it is most likely that the power of the contact lens needs to be modified.

Need eye exam: Make an appointment. Could be anything from an incorrect prescription to too tight a fit, and many other possibilities that require a evaluation by an eye md. If you are having pain, discontinue wearing the contacts and seek immediate help.
