See your dentist: You may have a cavity or abrasion or exposed root surface, which can cause sensitivity. You have used proenamel long enough (3years) for it o be effective if that were the remedy, but it is not. You may require a filling (bonding) if you have a cavity or abrasion or a professional desensitizing treatment.

See an endodontist: Oral pain such as certain toothaches or cracked, fractured teeth can often be difficult to diagnose. In addition to dental school, endodontists receive 2-3 more years of advanced education in this kind of diagnosis and treatment. That’s why you should see an endodontist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
