Needs an evaluation: He could have an infection or a blockage in the urethra causing this. He needs an evaluation by a urologist to determine the proper course of action. He might need medication or possibly a procedure to get things moving again. Enlargement of the prostate, prostatitis, or a urethral stricture could be possible so an evaluation will be necessary. Sooner is better than later.
