Acute or chronic?: You didn't mention whether this was an acute or chronic condition, so i'm assuming you have an acutes condition. Stay on a bland diet, nothing greasy or fried. Stay off of milk products and juices. If symptoms persist for over 7-10 days see your doctor for further evaluation and therapy.
