See below: If this is a chronic condition, it could be related to fibroids in your uterus. You may have some slight prolapse of the uterus which is giving this heavy feeling. If it is gone after your cycle then i wouldn't worry about it.

Likely cramps: Menstrual cramps can cause a heavy sensation. Also various gyn conditions--such as fibroids may cause this sensation. See your doctor.
