When i was little i had one of the hepatitis vaccinations, afterwards i got eczema which persisted for 14 years. are these related conditions?

Unrelated: You make vague reference to a vaccine you cannot name given when "little". At a listed age of 44,that would make your birth in 1973,20 years before present Hep B vaccines were available. Hepatitis "shots" in earlier times were usually pooled or type specific gamma globulin, which is unrelated to eczema. Eczema emerges in early childhood and can persist into adulthood. Coincidental at best.
