No travel restrictions.. if you are having incomplete eye closure, just make sure you are protecting your eye. If you are traveling and will be out doors, you want to make sure debris does not get into the eye and cause a corneal abrasion.

Travel. Bell's Palsy: There should be no problems traveling with bell's palsy. Depending on the severity of your facial weakness and ability to close the affected eye, you should make sure to have eye lubrication on hand. It may be necessary to tape your eye closed when you nap or sleep.

Yes: Bell's palsy should not affect your ability to travel. However, as this often makes it harder to close your eye, you may need eye lubricants or eye pads to cover and protect your eye until the motion returns. You should be closely followed by a doctor experienced in the care of bell's palsy.
