Triavil: Yes, but not easy to find, since no longer used a lot. Ask your prescribing doctor or pharmacist to check with the company that makes it.

No it is not: Etrafon (aka Triavil) was discontinued by the manufacturer in November 2008. A physician could combine amitriptyline and perphenazine for similar effect.
