Water and lo-cal foo: Hunger is your body's way of telling you that you are eating less than you're taking in -- or losing weight. You can't lose weight without hunger, but you can lessen it by drinking water or eating lo cal foods such as vegetables. Why are you fasting? Is it religious? If not, a good program of caloric reduction and exercise is a lot better and safer. Do something you can continue the rest of life.
