A member asked:

What is wolff-parkinson-white syndrome and what are the symptoms?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

WPW: WPW is a syndrome of abnormal ecg due to accelerated impulse conduction from atria to ventricles. This can cause serious tachy(fast) arrhythmias. When no tachycardia is present, WPW is usually asymptomatic. With the arrhythmia any symptoms compatible with tachycardia are possible.
