Please explain: I am sorry, but do you mean you have hyperglycemia (sugars too high) or hypoglycemia (sugars too low) at dawn? Glimeride and similar drugs are well known for hypoglycemia, which is as dangerous as having sugars that are too high. I would speak to your primary care provider.
