Stress management: Suggest making a list of all your potential stressful events in your life, prioritizing these and considering approaches. Get a relaxation cd at a book store and start using the exercises. Make sure you get regular physical exercise. Maybe get counseling, but also consider biofeedback. Avoid smoking, and recreational drugs. You can learn to control this.
