Some thoughts..: Some causes for this could be a neck muscle spasm (which can also cause headaches) or poor posture. Migraines can also present with atypical features and are sometimes brought on by exertion like walking or exercise. However, it'll really take a good physical exam and history to tease out what's causing this, so be sure to check in with your doctor. Best of luck to you!
