I had blood work done and protein 9.1 and albumin 5.5 could it be multiple myeloma. Cbc all came back within normal range. Immunoglobulin was 460. ?

Total protein 8.6 slightly elevated, globulin 4.2 (w/in normal range per lab. RDW a bit low 11, All CBC and other blood test normal. Multiple Myeloma?
