Traveling pregnant: If your physician agrees that you are well which you stated, you should be ok to travel but stop mid way and walk about for 5 min. This is to prevent blood clotts in your legs and to help your circulation.

Should be: One issue to be careful of is blood clots in your legs. For a 5-hour trip, you should make several stops to get out and walk around to help prevent this. However, you are likely gonna need several potty stops anyway so it might take care of itself. Support stockings might be a good idea to consider as well, if you're not already wearing them.

Avoid if possible.: If this is an elective trip, avoid it. If you must travel you should be ok if you take care to stay hydrated, comfortable and take frequent stops. Make sure you have obstetrical care within reach at all times.
