No way to know: There is no significant data to suggest the timing of losing mucous plug and miscarriage or delivery. It is common to have increases in vaginal secretions in pregnancy so it might just be that. If you are worried it is best to contact your doctor.

No: You may have discharge with mucus but this does not mean miscarriage. Bleeding is a sign of miscarriage. If you have had premature deliveries then you may need to get followed by ultrasound, but u should be fine, good luck.
