Possible: Having a positive home pregnancy test as well as symptoms points towards pregnancy. See your OB soon and they can confirm with blood pregnancy testing.

Probably: If your pregnancy test is positive, then you are probably pregnant. A very early pregnancy may produce a very faint positive result. Re-test in a day or two to confirm. See your doctor if it remains positive or faintly positive.
