Typically, yes: Paxil and Propranolol can be taken together. One thing to realize, however, is that Propranolol lowers blood pressure, which can have the effect of making some people feel dizzy. Make sure you stay well-hydrated and use some caution with the 1st few doses, until you know for sure how it affects you. It shows that you take Klonopin as well; I would not take Propranolol and Klonopin at the same time
