Dental exam?: The white line that runs from back to front is most likely something that is very common and is a result of your upper and lower teeth rubbing against your cheek, especially with people who have a habit of cheek biting. The sores can be from quite a number of things. Have you also seen a dentist or oral surgeon for an evaluation? That would be my recommendation.
