Is it normal that the back of my head is so flat in a baby?

See below: I think you me your child's head. The back of the head can be flat, which is related to the child sleeping on his/her back. As time goes on, the flattening usually resolves. As long as your child's doctor is not concerned about your child's ability to move his/her head, then nothing to worry about.
