Two different issues: Skin tags in the vaginal/vulvar area are common, and an exam is needed to distinguish these from warts. Your gyn can remove them and even send a biopsy if it is not clear what they are. An lgsil pap would be due to an hpv infection on the cervix, which is at the top of the vagina and well away from where skin tags and external warts are. An office colposcopy would be needed to check this problem.
