Sleep Study: You should get a sleep study done either at a sleep study center(best) or have your doctor order at home sleep study (as long as it has some form of positional monitoring) to get an accurate diagnosis first.

Sleep study: You need to see a physician for a sleep study. Be sure they explain all your options to you. The first line of treatment for mild to moderate apnea is an oral appliance. If severe, usually a CPAP is prescribed. If you can't or won't use a cpap, an oral appliance can be used. Surgery is usually a third and last option in most but not all cases.
