A member asked:

Should i be worried about slight, random knee pain?

No: Not really, but it depends on what causes it. If its with movement or with walking. Or is it when climbing stairs. Or sitting for a long time. These could represent different conditions. If it is becoming worse, i would see a doctor who can examine it and advise the correct treatment.

Probably not: Exercise therapy can be very helpful for knee pain, particularly runners knee. However, they must be performed in certain ways. Rest from strenuous activities and targeted therapy are key. Online resources are available on sites such as simpletherapy.Com.
